Have a room by room, computer printout, report that details the home you want to make your own. The full report is delivered to you via e-mail, usually the same day or first thing next morning.
Our work for you doesn't stop there. After the inspection you may find yourself needing more help with a problem noted in the report. Your mortgage company may want more information. No problem! Just give us a contact name and any information needed, and we will send you a letter with the appropriate wording, usually the same day. We know how important it is to respond to requests from those trying to complete the closing.
